Empowering Health.
Strengthening Communities.
We are a community-focused organisation committed to tackling health inequalities and supporting vulnerable and marginalised communities across Newcastle and the wider North East.
Founded by experienced healthcare professionals, our work centres on improving women’s health and holistic wellbeing through accessible, culturally responsive support. We create safe, supportive spaces where individuals can build confidence, improve their wellbeing, and access the guidance they need to move forward positively.
🎯 Our Focus
Supporting women through health education, wellbeing activities, and safe community spaces that promote confidence, prevention, and empowerment.
Delivering person-centred wellbeing initiatives that address mental, physical, and emotional health in a culturally sensitive way. Developing partnerships and future programmes to support individuals affected by homelessness, poor mental health, and substance misuse.
🌍 Why Our Work Matters
Communities across the North East continue to face growing pressures around health inequality, mental wellbeing, and social isolation. Many women and marginalised groups experience additional barriers to accessing appropriate support.
Versatile Community Social and Wellbeing Services CIC was established to help bridge these gaps through early intervention, trusted community engagement, and compassionate, culturally informed delivery.

AWARDS FOR ALL
Versatile Community Social and Wellbeing Services CIC is delighted to announce that we have successfully secured funding from The National Lottery Community Fund’s Awards for All programme to deliver our West End Women’s Empowerment Hub.
This vital investment will enable us to provide culturally sensitive health and wellbeing support for women across the West End of Newcastle, creating safe, supportive spaces that promote confidence, connection, and improved wellbeing. We are incredibly grateful to National Lottery players for making this work possible and look forward to delivering meaningful impact for women in our community.
